Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days worldwide, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Free shipping
We offer FREE worldwide FedEx Express shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or log in into your account.

Duties, taxes & customs

All orders worldwide are custom-cleared and prepaid—you will not be asked to pay duties, taxes, or provide customs paperwork at delivery.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once it returns to us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delivery issues
If your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with household members/neighbors and your building reception. If it’s still missing, contact hello@vooqo.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
