The Estimated Delivery window provided by Vooqo reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Vooqo’s control.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees Prepaid.
All duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid at the time of checkout to expedite customs clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.
Currently, we are unable to ship to the following regions: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Azores, Madeira, and the Canary Islands.
Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions (“TERMS”)
Thanks for shopping at Vooqo. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the conscious beauty products we formulate and manufacture. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Vooqo Online Store, in a Vooqo Retail Store, or on the phone with the Vooqo Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Vooqo Store” in this policy.)
Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased at the Vooqo Store can be returned to Vooqo Store for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer, or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Cosmetics products are personal care items and are not eligible for exchange or refund at any time due to hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.
Once an order has shipped cancelation and/or refunding are not accepted. Please make sure all product details and ingredient lists are read and acknowledged before purchasing any Vooqo products.
Exchange an item
Items ordered on Vooqo Online Store that arrived damaged or are incorrect will be reshipped to you free of cost or they will be refunded.
Proving a wrong address
Make sure the address you provide and all the other details are correct. A restocking fee of $50 is deducted if carriers can not deliver because of insufficient and/or wrong addresses.
The Vooqo Online Store accepts a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discovery, and the Vooqo Gift Cards.
Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Double-check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number, and expiration date.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service telephone number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order match the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the telephone number on the back of your credit card to confirm.
The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.
When Vooqo charges your account
Vooqo receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card may be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
My credit card was declined, can I re-authorize it?
If your order was not authorized, please confirm you have correctly entered your credit card details and placed your order again. If you still have difficulties please contact your credit card company to make them aware of your order.
If you have already received an order number but were informed that your card was declined, to prevent further delay of your order, please:
1. Contact your card provider to advise them that you have placed an order with Melli Corp. so that the payment can be processed.

If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

You can anytime redeem a Vooqo Store Gift Card at any Vooqo Store or Vooqo.com by entering the CVC code at checkout.
